Did you know you can set up automatic payments in your homeowner portal with no additional fees? Use the Vantaca portal to access detailed information about your account, like your payment history, etc. If you don't have access to the Vantaca portal, submit this form to request access to your account.

Fees are due on the 1st day of each quarter. If your payment is not received and posted to your account by the 15th day of the quarter, you could incur a late fee on the 16th.

Please note, the Mountain Brook Metro District and Service Plus Community Management (Townhome Community) are seperate entities with distinct responsibilites.

ACH set-up instructions

1. Log into the Vantaca Portal.

2. Go to "payments."

3. Click on the "enroll" link next to "auto draft."

4. Follow the instructions from there.
