Overview

To help ensure the vision and integrity of the community stays intact, its residential neighborhoods are managed by two entities, Mountain Brook Metropolitian District, and Service Plus Community Management (Townhome HOA).

Mountain Brook Metropolitian District

This Metro District is responsible for the daily maintenance and management of the common area, including the clubhouse, parks, common area landscaping, and other shared amenities.

This homeowner's association is responsible for the daily maintenance and management of the common elements, including the alleyways, building structure, and insurance for the townhome community.
